1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jcash88 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services and any other features offered through jcash88 (collectively, the "Services"). By registering a jcash88 account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register a jcash88 account and must immediately cease using the Services. jcash88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be a self-excluded member. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from jcash88 are prohibited from registering a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

jcash88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Member may hold only one (1) active jcash88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices are used — are strictly prohibited. jcash88 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jcash88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jcash88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify jcash88 support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jcash88 is required to verify the identity of all Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time: government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jcash88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via e-wallets are generally credited instantly. jcash88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. jcash88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. jcash88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Declined and Suspected Fraudulent Transactions

jcash88 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, made using a compromised payment method, or in violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, jcash88 may freeze the account and cooperate with relevant authorities or financial institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by jcash88 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of offer. General bonus terms applicable to all jcash88 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements lapse upon expiry of the stated validity period.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• jcash88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on restricted game categories — as specified in individual promotion terms — will not contribute to turnover requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies or other conduct intended to exploit jcash88 promotions will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jcash88 platform — including live dealer casino games, video slots, sportsbook and Lottery 4D — operate according to published game rules available within each game interface. All electronic games use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, jcash88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the staked amount. Wins generated from a verified technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

Sportsbook and Lottery 4D bets are governed by the specific rules for those products, available in the respective sections of the platform. Odds and prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will be honoured at the price at which they were accepted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jcash88 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any jcash88 game or service
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-format games
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate illegitimate winnings; any such winnings are void
• Registering under a false identity or providing false information during KYC
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your jcash88 account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward jcash88 staff or other members

jcash88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all bets, bonuses and winnings associated with such conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jcash88 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data and design elements — is the exclusive property of jcash88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any jcash88 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jcash88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise — arising from:

• Interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any game or service
• Errors or omissions in platform content, including game outcomes displayed due to technical fault
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure
• Changes to game rules, odds or promotional terms
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by jcash88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Suspension & Closure

jcash88 may suspend or close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to provide requested KYC documentation; suspected fraudulent activity; account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months; or at the Member's own request. Upon closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after all bonus conditions and any outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jcash88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jcash88 will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Member and jcash88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jcash88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority as specified under jcash88's operating licence.

Players are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering with jcash88. jcash88 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
